their world in different ways, using the music as the common way to find theirselves free and able to show the real meaning of living.
Talking to Idriss,
we understand many things, but some of them are related to the difficulties he
face when he don’t get a change or opportunity to continue with his work, because
of the lake of conditions. But even with those difficulties, he don’t give up
from his dream of becoming one of the greatest Djs around the world
FRENTE AOS FACTOS (FF): How and when did you
start your career?
IDRISS:
I start mixing and
producing music from 7 years ago.
FF: Do you remember the first day you did a
job as a Dj?
IDRISS:
Yes, it was so funny
day, i was so noob.
FF: What captive you more in your career?
FF: What were the most difficult moments when you started to work as Dj?
IDRISS: The most difficult when i start working was: no one to support me, and
lack in material of studio.
FF: Can you speak of happy moments,
achievements and goals achieved?
IDRISS: I exposed many funny & happy moment to achieve my goals , there is
one time when i worked in a festival of colors on our country i was so afraid
because it was the first time that i will work ahead of 10.000 person that's
mean 20.000 eyes who looks for you so when i start working i start ethnicity
and my my ears can't hear nothing and i don't look for the public throughout
the night not only that my brain was out that place, but after that party i
learn that it is not solution to be good dj if i afraid from my public and i
made a mad night not only there in many other places.
FF: What kind of music do you like most to
play?
IDRISS: I adore the electronic dance music and exactly the house music and the
big room
FF: Have had good results in your job?
IDRISS: Yeah, i got a lot of fans and many awards but I’m looking for the
better
FF: What is the biggest criticism that arises
from your fans?
IDRISS: The true is: i don't get any bad criticism from my fans ''for now''
but maybe in future, but i got a lot many criticism from my fans about my radio
show when i work deep house in weekend all my fans said that they still all the
weekend waiting for my radio show episode because they feel that they are in
paradise by my live exclusive songs.
FF: Do you convince or captivate your
followers that fill the fields where you play? I mean, is that easy to convince
them?
IDRISS: Funny and clever question , so it is not easy to convince your fans
but there is only one easy solution to do that just , play & produce nice
songs that made them happy...
FF: It seems to that you have done work with
David Guetta. What is your partnership?
IDRISS:
'' David guetta '' we are just simple friends but maybe in future we gonna
make many collaborations together.
FF: When do you go to Progressive House &
Trance Music?
IDRISS: I will make just an Note , Progressive House & Trance Music was
my own label record. I produced it and i closed it last month because i got
some excesses from the Staffs '' i don't wanna speak about that sorry'', I join it from 4 years ago .
FF: What are your links with the Tomorrow land?
IDRISS: I have some links with some staffs at tomorrowland that's all. They
are my friends. My dream is just to play there.
FF: What do you think about Hardwell?
IDRISS: Robbert, is a so good Dj. He gives so much for the electronic dance
music and he will give more.
FF: What is your biggest dream in life?
IDRISS: My biggest dream is to be from the best djs in this world
FF: Do you feel performed as a DJ?
IDRISS: No, not yet i will be performed
as a DJ only when i will be from the biggest djs in this world
FF: What is missing to archive your aims?
IDRISS: I’m missing more support from my country '' Tunisia''
FF: Do you have cooperation/partnership with
other Djs? Can you speak about the links that identify you and helped in your
professional career?
IDRISS: Yeah, i have cooperation & partnership with other Djs As Bali
bandits, Eric clapma , SAMOUS , Anthony gerrard and wolf drop and many more i
have many collaborations with these djs in future
FF: Who inspire you?
IDRISS: I don't get any inspire from any one. I got the inspire when i
chillout
FF: What is your inspiration in life?
IDRISS: My inspiration in life is: we can't live without work & music. For
this the Dj Producer combines between them
FF: Can you tell us a little about your
childhood?
IDRISS: I lived my childhood as all the people in simple family & simple
quarter and my dream was to be footballer and i was like the electronic dance
music from many years ago when someone tuned to electronic dance music and i
start dancing.
FF: What have you been doing in your moments
of leisure when you don't touch on the soundboard or work instruments?
IDRISS: Listening chill music as Trance
or deep house music or progressive house & i play football with my friends
or enjoying my holiday with my girl friend or with my family
FF: Do you dream coming one day to Mozambique?
IDRISS: Yeah. Mozambique is so nice country with so nice people, but it is
oppressed by their Referees as all the countries as mine.
